A Liquid Experience

At Liquid, we promise our employees the opportunity to unleash their potential to make meaningful brands. That is because we believe that some of the best thinking comes from those with the freshest perspectives.

 

That’s why we created The Dive Shop: a twelve-week immersive experience that allows interns to dive head first into the Liquid way of branding. During this program, interns will have the opportunity to learn and apply more about brand culture design through trainings as well as through hands on client work.

CLIENT SERVICES

You are the administrative backbone for our Client Services team with a desire to grow. Providing day-to-day support, you help to provide our team with account details.

What does 12 weeks in the dive shop look like?

Each diver is partnered with a dive instructor who will provide support and guidance throughout the program. 

The 12-week program in the dive shop consists of: 

  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Project immersion
  • Lunch + Learns: brown bag lunchtime seminars with Liquid leaders where you’ll learn more about our agency and the broader agency landscape
  • How To’s: sessions that relate to specific project deliverables
  • 101s: overviews of specific disciplines, how they connect to our agency solutions, and how they interact with other disciplines

Liquid divers will also participate in a group project to learn and apply the methods used at Liquid Agency in service to supporting a real client.

Client Project

Divers will work together as a cohort- across Liquid offices to prepare a real client presentation that solves a particular client brand or marketing challenge.

The divers will be briefed by the client, and the dive team will conduct discovery and research, facilitate a client Swarm (Liquid’s proprietary design-thinking workshop) and develop and deliver a final client presentation with their strategic perspective, recommended strategy and creative solutions.

After the presentation, the dive team will develop a case study and present it to the agency their final week.
